2nd time visiting our local bagel spot. Great when you are craving a heavy tasty bagel sandwich. We got the Nagles Sunrise with Jalapeño Chedder Bagel and The Gotham with whole wheat Everything bagel. Nagles Sunrise: classic nice and heavy savory breakfast sandwich with everything you would want. Too heavy for me but I think most people like this! The Gotham: I really like this one. The bacon and cream cheese makes it heavier while the tomatoe, salmon, arugula lightens up the sandwich. Then it's tied together with the slight sweetness of the chili jam. Easy to eat and not as heavy feeling. Solid bagel spot! We waited no more than 15 minutes around 11am on Sunday to get takeout.

Love the Veggie Bagel (the goat cheese and the tomato jam is an elite combo) been here a few times and the service and food is always great !

Been here dozens and dozens of times over the years. This is my favorite spot for normal bagel order. These are not huge bagels with excessive amounts of cream cheese, so if you want that, go somewhere else. The place fills up, so at peak hours, it can be a wait, just like any other popular bagel place. I've gotten a dozen bagels or more for early morning sports events, and they're consistent and yummy. Service is always friendly and as speedy as possible. I prefer here to Greenberg's personally. Vibe inside is cute and cozy, but can get smoky as kitchen is right behind counter. Seating outside on thompkins is the move, but I mostly bring bagel to Herbert Von King.

An incredible gem for Brooklyn bagels! This spot clearly is core to the Thompkins liveliness and contributes to the natural community built around Bed Stuy! The individuals who work here are some of the kindest and most amicable people I have been served by. Walking in and listening in on orders numbered in front of me there was always an anecdotal detail to be commented on, a kind complement or moment of interpersonal connection shared with the customer and the employee. Brandon and Quade have consistently been the ones to help me out and definitely carry a heartbeat to this spot- always guaranteed to be greeted with kind eyes and a smile! Not only is service lovely but the offerings from bagel sandos to delicious brownies are just perfect! I was devoted to the Veggie Nagel on a multi-grain with a brownie to accompany but am a firm believer you can't go wrong! All-in-all when in the area or seeking an exceptional bagel and some kind company, this spot is 100% the place to check out!

10/10 awesome bagels and a nice variety of delicious bagel sandwiches! Loved the Blue Velvet and the Veggie Nagle. Super cute spot - perfect for anyone strolling around the area and looking for somewhere with a good vibe to sit down and have a bagel or take to go. Definitely worth it! Great service - a small staff that are very friendly and make good sandwich recommendations.

Such a cute place with excellent service. The employees were helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the flavors of the menu. Delicious bagel. As a bagel lover, I will certainly be back for more and I highly recommend.

This spot has a lot of negative reviews on here, so maybe I'm one of the lucky ones. We thought it was great for grabbing a quick breakfast bite. It's a small joint, so the service was a walk up counter. Cute exterior. I got the Nagel's sunrise on a jalapeño cheddar bagel with the chili sauce and it was yummy.
